We offer shipping to all 50 United States. However, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or APO/FPO addresses.
We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Angersteins is located in the state of Delaware which is a tax-free state. We do not collect sales taxes on any shipped orders.
Once you’ve placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed. Purchases will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse by UPS, Fedex or a White Glove delivery service. Some products ship from our store in Wilmington, Delaware and also ship by UPS, Fedex or a White Glove delivery service. After your order is shipped, you will receive another email confirmation notifying you that your order is on its way. In-stock items usually ship 3 to 7 business days after you place the order. In most cases, you will receive your order within 1 to 2 weeks.
OVERSIZED ITEMS – Some items we sell are too large or too heavy to ship using a Small Parcel carrier such as UPS or Fedex. In these cases, we will ship via truck freight L.T.L. Truck freight is different than standard UPS or Fedex in that you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. A signature is required for all truck freight deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for the delivery. The driver is only responsible to deliver to curbside or driveway; although more often than not, they will take the items off the truck to your door or place in your garage. The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you must inspect the package and its contents at the time of delivery. If you detect any damage, or if there is any reason at all for you to be concerned about damage, please refuse delivery or write “PRODUCT DAMAGED” clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. If the driver needs to leave before you have a chance to thoroughly inspect the shipment, write “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE” next to your signature on the bill of lading. This ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. Be sure to notify us within 24 hours of delivery to report any damage.
If within 14 days of receiving your order, any item proves to be defective, please contact our office so we can issue an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) and provide you with return instructions. If we confirm that the merchandise is defective, we will ship a replacement back to you at our expense.
Again, regarding the receipt of your order, inspect your package carefully. Website Errors, Inaccuracies or Omissions
Angersteins strives to ensure that the content on this website is complete and current. However, we do not guarantee that it is free of errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to price, product description or availability. Further, Angersteins reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, regardless of whether the order has been submitted and/or confirmed.
We offer basic ground shipping on all items that can be shipped via standard UPS or Fedex.
Basic Ground – ships via industry-leading ground carriers, including UPS, and LTL Freight.
White Glove Delivery – available for furniture and over-sized home accents. This service provides delivery into the home, unpacking of the products and removal of packing materials. The cost for White Glove Delivery is $399.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, just contact us within 15 days of the delivery date for a return authorization number. Please write this RGA number on your package.
Merchandise that has been installed, altered, or damaged in any way does not qualify for return or refund.
We will allow the return of any* item, except for clearance items and items valued at less than $100.00, within 15 days of receipt of the product if it is in the original packaging, including all packaging materials and accessories, and is suitable for resale. Upon receipt of the return item, we will credit you the amount of the purchase less any fees, back to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.
Suggested return procedures:
- Pack the item carefully in its original packing materials. All products must be returned in “AS NEW” condition – the way it was received, in its original packaging and in 100% resalable condition. Returns are inspected at the warehouse upon receipt; if the item is determined to have been installed or used in any way (except in case of defect), credit will not be given and the product can be returned to you at your cost.
- Ship your parcel back prepaid and insured. It is strongly recommended that you use a reliable carrier (e.g. UPS, Federal Express or Parcel Post) that offers tracking. We also require that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive to us in their original condition. Prior to returning the item, please call our sales consultants for your Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Write this number on the box.

You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund provided your order has not shipped. However, we will need to confirm with the individual manufacturer that your order has not shipped. Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an e-mail confirming cancellation. Once an order is shipped, the terms of our Return Policy will take effect.
